What happens to your details when you reserve with us

Fields on the request form

The form on the site's main pages asks only for what a lot needs before it can hold a space for you. Five fields are required: the phone number, the terminal, the two dates and the name. The rest are yours to leave blank. The form never asks for a card number or a copy of any document, and nothing else is gathered through it.

Why each detail is needed

Every field serves the request you sent and nothing past it. Your area and terminal let us work out which lots sit on your way to the airport. Your dates, the kind of space and the vehicle let us ask those lots whether they have room; at that stage a lot hears no name and no phone number. Your phone number lets us reach you in a phone window with the lot, its daily rate and the total. When you say yes, the same details are what we use to reserve the space. When you say no, the request is closed there.

Who else sees what you send

Two parties outside the office handle parts of your request. First come the lots we ask about room. Before your yes they hear your dates, the kind of space, the vehicle and any need you put in the note, such as a charger or a lift, but no name and no phone number; after your yes, the lot you picked also gets your name and phone number, which it needs to hold the space and to match you to the reservation when you pull in.

The second is a form relay, an outside service that carries each message from the form on this site to our mailbox. It moves the message from one place to the other; the office is the one that reads it and replies. Beyond these two, the company that hosts this website keeps routine server logs (network address, browser type, pages requested) so pages load and stay online; we do not use those logs to build a picture of anyone.

Limits we keep on your details

Your details are not sold or rented to anyone, and we do not use them to build an advertising profile of you. The site does not read the location of your phone or computer. We know where you drive from only because you chose an area on the form, and that choice is a place name such as Roseville or Nokomis. A street address reaches us only if you type one into the note yourself.

One small note in your browser

This site keeps a single small note in your browser's storage, under the key ewNoteChoice26. It records one thing: whether you allowed or refused optional storage when the site asked you. The note holds nothing from the form. Any measurement of visits or of advertising results that this site may use runs only after you allow optional storage here, and a refusal keeps it off. You can clear the note at any time from your browser's settings, and the site will simply ask again on your next visit.

How long a request is kept

A request that led to a reservation is kept for 12 months after the last date of that reservation. A request that ended without one is kept for 12 months after the day you sent it. When the 12 months are up, the record is deleted. You do not have to wait that long: you can ask us to remove a request sooner, as the next section explains.

Asking about or deleting your data

Write to dataquestions@travelsavvypros.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Give the name and phone number used on the request so we can find the right record. We reply within 30 days. If a reservation made for you is still ahead, say whether you also want it canceled; our cancellation policy describes how the lot handles that.

Children and this site

This site and its request form are meant for adults arranging parking before a flight out of MSP. We do not knowingly collect details from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us a request, write to the data address in the section above, and we will remove what was sent as soon as we find it.

Browser signals, security and state rights

Your browser may send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. This site builds no profile of you either way, and it treats either signal the same as a refusal in the storage question, so optional storage stays off.

Form messages move over an encrypted connection, and the mailbox that receives them is open only to the office. Residents of states with their own privacy laws, Minnesota among them, may ask what we hold about them, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, at the address in the section above; we answer within 30 days.

When this policy is revised

If the way we handle your details changes, for instance if an analytics tag is ever added to the site, this page is rewritten to describe the new practice and the date below is moved forward. The text you read here is the version in force. Last updated September 25, 2026.
